Hi there! I’m Lydia O’Leary, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Lydia O’Leary is the founder of Omvia Franchise Consulting and a multi-unit franchise owner. She began her career in franchise development with leading brands like Authority Brands, Best Life Brands, and BrandONE, before launching her own home service franchise in 2021. By 2024, Lydia and her husband had expanded to two territories and became the #1 operator in their system—all while raising two young boys.
Drawing on her experience as both a consultant and an owner, Lydia helps others achieve freedom and flexibility through franchise ownership. Omvia, rooted in her Norwegian heritage, means “a transformative path”—reflecting her mission to guide others toward the life they dream of through franchising.
